My Pet Toby is frequently a daschund (I won't be able to say obviously if I'm spelling that accurately). Someone defined once that dashchunds (possibly if I spell it in different ways every time, I will get it suitable one among numerous times) ended up originally bred to hunt and eliminate gophers.
